SET UP YOUR OWN HOME GYM
1. Designate a space
First, declutter a space in your home with enough room to stretch out. Ideally 100 sq. ft. or more. Keep it free of other distractions.
2. Start with some basic equipment
You will need some basic gear such as a mat, some free hand weights, and resistance bands to start. Hang a sturdy mirror to check out your bad self as you exercise. You can always add on later.
3. Set a schedule and goals
Set some time for yourself each week to workout, and follow through! What are your fitness goals? What will it take to accomplish these goals? Most importantly, don't give up! With persistence and dedication, you can achieve your fitness goals.
